Production Suite

A toolbox full of creativity for your mixing workflow

Up until now, even for the most experienced sound engineer, the process of mixing, moving and placing audio objects in a three-dimensional space has not been the easiest task to perform in the world of professional audio. Now, with the introduction of Astro Spatial Audio's intuitive, accessible software, it's an experience that can be easily achieved, producing the most dynamic and immersive results within minutes.

Production Suite - Live Module

Available via a very simple yet highly effective browser-based interface (for PC, Mac or tablet, with multi-touch control), Astro Spatial Audio's Production Suite performance software modules, takes the extraordinary and complex, and makes it as simple to control as sweeping your finger across a touchscreen, unlocking the full dynamic potential of your audio mix.

Production Suite - Channel Strip

Each audio signal within your mix is converted into an audio object, with associated meta-data, including each object's position in a virtual 3D space. Each audio object is then rendered on screen within an easy access room modelling application (using X, Y, Z coordinates), allowing you to simply tap and hold on the audio object of your choice, perhaps a vocal, perhaps an instrument, and sweep it across the room as you desire.

Production Suite - 3D View

Also included on board, is a full suite of easy to access and operate features, including dynamic room acoustics, multiple selection of matrices, scaling, and the option to switch between point source or plane wave. Comprehensive integration with third party products, like TTA Stagetracker II or Qlabs, is available via the Open Sound Control (OSC) protocol.

The Production Suite modules place a new world of creativity at your fingertips, making it easy for you to spend more time focussed on your projects and delivering the most amazing, immersive, 3D sound environments.
